Acceptance of Terms & Our Services
By accessing this website or engaging AC Empowerment Services ("ACES", "we", "us" or "our") for support, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors to this website and to all participants and their representatives who engage with our disability support services.
ACES is an NDIS provider based in Adelaide, South Australia, delivering person-centred disability support and community services within our local service area. Our services are provided in line with the NDIS Code of Conduct and applicable Australian consumer law.
These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and any individual service agreement entered into with you. Where a term of your service agreement conflicts with these website Terms & Conditions, the service agreement will prevail.
Payments, Referrals, Cancellations & Governing Law
Where you are NDIS plan-managed or self-managed, service costs are charged in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and invoiced to you or your plan manager. For agency-managed participants, claims are made directly through the NDIS portal. Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a support - late cancellations may be charged in accordance with NDIS short notice cancellation rules and your service agreement.
If you refer a friend, family member or professional contact to ACES, we appreciate it, but referrals do not guarantee acceptance as a participant and are not rewarded with payment or commission unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All content on this website, including text, images and our logo, is owned by AC Empowerment Services and may not be copied or reproduced without our permission. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, and we recommend checking this page periodically. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
